Terms of Service

1. The service

Dinero is a software platform that helps businesses discover prospects, research them, personalize outreach, launch campaigns and manage follow-ups. We provide the tooling; you decide who you contact and what you say.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dinero to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL or any other applicable law.
• Send content that is deceptive, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, adult, or promotes illegal activity.
• Use purchased, scraped-in-violation, or otherwise unlawfully obtained contact lists.
• Impersonate another person or business, or forge sender headers.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits or security controls.

Every message you send must include an accurate sender identity and a working way to opt out. We may suspend accounts that generate excessive bounces, spam complaints or abuse reports.

4. Credits, plans and fair use

Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. One usable lead consumes one credit. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless stated on your plan. Sending limits, daily caps and safety pauses exist to protect deliverability and may be enforced automatically.

5. Third-party providers and your own keys

Dinero integrates with third-party data, enrichment and email providers. If you connect your own provider keys, your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for their fees and compliance requirements.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability and disclaimers

Dinero is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, deliverability of any specific message, accuracy of third-party data, or any particular business outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinero and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Affiliate program

Dinero operates a self-serve affiliate/referral program. Participation is optional, subject to our approval, and governed by the Affiliate Program Terms, which form part of these terms for participating users. In summary: affiliates earn 35% commission on the $19/month subscription paid by a referred customer for that customer’s first 3 successful billing cycles, referred customers pay the standard price with no automatic discount, referral attribution uses a 30-day window, and commission on refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, self-referred or otherwise invalid transactions may be withheld or reversed. The program does not guarantee any earnings.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal risk, or harm the platform or other users. On termination your access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
