DMCA / IP Policy

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content hosted or transmitted through Dinero infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to support@dinerotech.online with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs, account email, message content).
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. What we do

On receiving a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material, notify the account holder, and provide them a copy of the notice.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Misuse of notices

Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement may result in liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.

6. Dinero's own IP

The Dinero name, logo, interface, templates and software are the property of Dinero and its licensors. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — it does not transfer any ownership.
