Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated August 28, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Dinero referral programme. They form part of, and are additional to, the Dinero Terms of Service. Where these terms conflict with the Terms of Service on affiliate matters, these terms apply to your participation in the programme.
1. Eligibility and approval
Any Dinero account holder may apply to join the affiliate programme. Participation is subject to our approval and to these terms. We may decline, pause or end participation at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe the programme is being misused. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Your referral link
On activation you receive a unique referral link and code. You are responsible for how your link is shared and for all activity generated through it. Referral links and codes may not be sold, transferred or shared with other affiliates.
3. Commission
- Affiliates earn 35% commission on the $19/month subscription paid by a referred customer, for that customer’s first 3 successful billing cycles — approximately $6.65 per qualifying cycle.
- No commission is earned on billing cycles after the third successful cycle.
- The referred customer pays the standard $19/month price. Referrals do not automatically receive a discount, and you may not represent otherwise.
- Commission is earned only after a successful, legitimate payment is received and retained by Dinero.
4. Attribution
Referral attribution uses a 30-day attribution window. When someone visits Dinero through your referral link, that referral is recorded in their browser and attributed to you if they create an account within 30 days of the click.
- Where more than one affiliate refers the same person, the most recent valid referral click within the attribution window is the one credited (last-click attribution).
- Attribution depends on cookies and local browser storage. If a visitor clears their browser data, uses a different browser or device, or blocks storage, the referral may not be recorded. We cannot credit referrals that the system did not record.
- A user account can be attributed to only one affiliate, and attribution is fixed at the time the account is created.
5. Ineligible and reversed commissions
The following do not qualify for commission, and any commission already recorded for them may be cancelled, reversed, withheld or deducted from future payouts:
- Failed, declined, reversed or incomplete payments.
- Refunds and chargebacks, whenever they occur.
- Self-referrals, referrals of accounts you control, and referrals to your own existing accounts.
- Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, and accounts created to generate commission.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid transactions or referrals.
- Referrals generated in breach of these terms or of the Dinero Terms of Service.
6. Prohibited conduct
As an affiliate you must not:
- Create fake accounts, self-refer, or artificially inflate clicks, signups or conversions.
- Use bots, automated click generation, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or similar manipulation.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages promoting Dinero.
- Bid on, register or use Dinero brand names, domains, logos or trademarks in a way that suggests you are Dinero or an official representative.
- Make false or misleading statements about Dinero’s pricing, features, availability, results, earnings or guarantees.
- Promote Dinero on sites or through content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, adult or otherwise harmful.
7. Legal compliance and disclosure
You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Dinero, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your promotional activity, which may include advertising, anti-spam, privacy, data protection, consumer-protection and endorsement-disclosure rules in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions you target.
Where disclosure is legally required, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Dinero wherever you promote it.
8. No earnings guarantee
The affiliate programme does not guarantee any earnings. Commission depends entirely on actual qualified, paying referrals that complete successful billing cycles and are not refunded, reversed or invalidated. Any figures shown in the dashboard or in marketing material are illustrative of the commission structure only, and are not a prediction, promise or representation of income.
9. Payouts
Commission is first recorded as pending. Pending commission becomes payable only after the associated payment has been received, retained, and has cleared any applicable holding period used to account for refunds and chargebacks. Payout timing, minimum payout thresholds, supported payout methods and verification requirements are set by Dinero’s payout rules and may change. We may withhold a payout while we investigate suspected abuse or invalid activity, and we may deduct reversed commission from amounts otherwise payable to you.
10. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes, levies or charges arising from commission you receive, and for providing any tax information reasonably required before a payout can be made. Amounts stated are gross of any taxes for which you are responsible.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account, cancel unpaid commission, and disable your referral link if you breach these terms or the Dinero Terms of Service, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. You may leave the programme at any time by contacting support. On termination, your referral link stops earning and pending commission associated with invalid activity will not be paid.
12. Changes to the programme
We may modify, suspend or end the affiliate programme, or change these terms, including the commission rate and the number of qualifying cycles. We will give notice where notice is required, and changes will not retroactively reduce commission already earned and validated on prior successful billing cycles. Continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept it.
